It's not an issue for me, as I personally have never bought a used game, nor do I like the idea of others getting all their games that. Developers suffer for it imo.
Of course my opinion is pretty irrelevant in the larger scheme of things. MS will have to decide for themselves if they feel the crowd they've angered is substantial enough for them to give in and change their policies. In my opinion the price is a more killer statement by Sony than the whole used game, DRM policies, but again.....just my opinion.
Both consoles day one for me anyway
