The Xbone loyalists can only hope Micro$oft change their minds... only to make their console not look like TOTAL trash.
But M$ have confirmed it all, they won't suddenly change it.

A simple firmware update or patch would fix it, whether it's too late is the real question.
I really hope not, cause I've already made my mind to make the PS4 my primary console next generation.
I wonder if changing discs to play games will be as archaic as listening to music on CD?
after sony being so offensive talking about it i think even every mainstream media will talk about it now and look up what the heck sony was talking about (i bet many didn't know why they said that) and this is now really a reason for microsoft to change some stuff.
i really don't care about that personally but microsoft has to listen now because the combination of higher price and less consumer rights could be a really bad read in newspapers.
At this point, I'm not so sure they can do anything about it. Sony definitely made a lot of people happy with the no DRM announcement and a lower price point.
Microsoft have their hands full with this one. They had to have known people disagreed with DRM especially after the Adam Orth fiasco. They had plenty of time to change it before they revealed Xbox One, why they decided not to change that? Who knows, but if they didn't change it when they got bad reactions then, I doubt they will change their tune now.

They got arrogant and thought gamers would just have to adapt and get used to it like they are used to paying for Xbox Live.
