I remember that and If your running a site based on numbers and your pulling for an outcome or cheerleading for an outcome it can appear to be biased! look at the early nintendo game ratings and still top games of all times thers an obvious bias! critically speaking! I dont think ioi skews his numbers or his sight would lose credibilty!
from what I see they do a great job!
