I think we've learner that games run at all kinds of different resolutions but the PS3 Upconverts to 720p mostly, some are native to this resolution also . the 360 upconverts to what ever your tv will handle but if you have a 360 with hdmi and a tv with 1080p support all your games will upconvert to this resolution wether or not thats thiers native resolution really doesnt matter!
games look better at 1080p! PS3 games run at what ever resolution the game decides you cant ake it upconvert to 1080p if its 720p.
