Same as many others already said.

I don't buy used games or sell mine.
I currently have my 360 not connected to the internet, because A I don't like playing online and B because it has no built in Wi-Fi. That's going to be a non issue with the Xbox One.
My PC is online 24/7, so when I start Steam it's always connected. I don't see how this should be an issue for any console.
Never experienced an internet outage in my life that took more than a day to solve and I've never experiences any kind of natural disasters either.
I've currently set Kinect to not turn on when I start my console and as far as we know that's possible with Kinect 2 as well.

So yeah I don't like all their decisions, but they honestly don't concern or bother me one bit.
I've also not decided if I get one and in case I do, when.
