I think the key part regarding GameStop in the used game clarifications was the "participating retailers" part.
I think it means that basically, GameStop is a participating retailer and the smaller, independent stores will no longer be able to sell used games for Xbox. This will give GameStop a bigger market, meaning more money. Wont it? Correct me if Im wrong.
GameStop and other big game stores win. Microsoft win. Publishers win. The consumers and independent stores get laughed at.
