Analyst predicts: Xbox One at $400; PlayStation 4 at $350 + BOM for each console

I don't understand how they came to the conclusion that the Xbox will be cheaper, considering the consoles are very similar minus the GDDR5 RAM and more powerful graphics card that should make the PS4 more expensive.
