You know, you seem to really make mountains out of molehills. It's some relatively rare and/or minor glitches in LM2(or Dark Moon), then it's the 3D screen on the 3DS. Your rhetoric makes it sound like it really is a big deal. I've played the multiplayer on the game many times and I have not encountered a glitch that I really cared about.
