Exacerbated how? If the glasses are being used in short burst, then the 3DS also is.
I understand that people are lazy and impatient, but generally if you want something, you have to go get it. If you want 3D, put on the glasses, otherwise turn 3D off. It's not that complicated really.
What point was #3 trying to prove? Also I noticed you ignored my last paragraph. Why is that I wonder. :P

I don't feel like going into all the nitty gritty details for my points, I think if you think about it hard enough you'll understand.
I ignored your last paragraph because I didn't read it. I'll reply to it now, since you seem so hung up about it.
If it would really cause one so many problems, simply leave the glasses at home, and turn the 3D off. (That's an insensitive remark that ignores a population of people) You couldn't have cared that much about the 3D if you're not willing to take some glasses with you. (fallacy remark) While I care about 3D, I care about being able to play more, so I've no choice but to leave the slider barely up just for that extra vibrance. (seems like a minor annoyance than anything) A much bigger inconvenience it is, having to get interrupted in the middle of a game I'd say. (just like when you're playing on your home console and someone comes in and needs your help or asks you a question? Or you are trying to listen to the music on your 3DS and a train comes by and blows its whistle so loud you can't even hear your own voice? There will always be interruptions at some point, and the only times there wont be, the glasses free 3D sweet spot shouldn't be much of a problem)
Happy?
