So you (going by your sig) support the company that enforces drastic anti-consumer measures like no used games, kinect requirement, always online (sort of) and punish a company that doesn´t do jack shit of that magnitude by pirating games instead of buying them !

Yes :) Well, I really don't bother no-used-games because I buy only new. Always-on is also no problem for me. What will happen to Kinect we have yet to see. Still I think it will give me games I am willing to spend money for.

The 3ds by now isn't *that* appealing to me but if it is cheap for gaming (meaning buying the hardware, the card and memory) I will think about it again. I also have a ds which never had a bought game inserted. But this time I will only buy the 3ds if also homebrew is possible, I think.
