If Nintendo localized every game that they publish in Japan, then I won't get a Piracy tool, but you know, even for Wii, it would have been real nice to be playing Pandora's Tower last year instead of now, where the hype has kinda died off... |
Apparently this new tool wont disable region-lock though. Mostly because all it does is make the 3DS think the cartridge is a legitimate cartridge but keeps the coding the same (and the ROMs are also relatively untouched, I believe). Or so I read on the interwebz.
