Quick question: Has the Wii U already lasted longer than the 3DS without a price cut?

I think they may do a 'holiday price cut' like Microsoft did a couple years ago, shave $50 off both SKU's (and letting the basic disappear altogether, to be replaced with a larger bundle hopefully) for the months of November & December, then follow around in spring/early summer of 2014 with an official price cut.
