Pretty much everything Eidos related did great this gen, but they all had the same problem.

4 1/2 years from Tomb Raider Underworld to Tomb Raider (not counting the Lara Croft arcade game)
Deus Ex Human Revolution announced 2007 (came out 2011) and 8 years between it and Deus Ex Invisible War
Thief still not released (announced 2009)
6 years between Hitman Blood Money and Hitman Absolution

That's over 4 years for every title in their most known franchises.

 

Instead they should have hired more devs to get the games out every ~2 years.
