Wii, Xbox 360 sales gain, PS3 stable on Ebay

There are 2 main reasons why people sell their stuff on eBay. 1. To make money. If you have a rare item that can be sold for a profit, then you can get that profit on eBay, clearly this is the case with the Wii atm. 2. They no longer want/need the product. This one could be for many reasons. A) They're dissatisfied with the product-if you bought something and it didn't turn out as good as it was made out to be, and it cannot be returned, then you could sell it on eBay, that way you minimise your losses as much as possible. B) An unwanted Christmas/Birthday present, this one is pretty obvious. C) If you have a newer version of the product, so if you bought a new phone, then you might sell your old one because it is no longer needed, and so effectively reduces the cost of the new one. So any neext-gen console being sold on eBay is not going to be effected by 2C, but by 1, 2A and 2B. Once the Wiis demand is met, thenthe three consoles ebay's sales will only be affected by reasons 2A and 2B. Therefore whichever console is highest in sales on eBay, is theoretically going to be the most dissatisfying.
