Its not even a new game engine, its just an updated version of the current engine I knew it just looked too similar

Like I said, blows it out of the water.

Edit - Call of Duty is all about $$$. Thats it. The game engine Call of Duty Ghosts runs on is an updated version of the same engine used on Call of Duty 4, a 7 Year old game. The IW engine is actually a modified version of the same engine that ran Quake 3... A game that released in 1999(!!!)

Thats why they can maintain a crisp, 60FPS so easily.
