It's naive to think that those are for gamers. They're clearly for the cable network they're setting up. I'm afraid the Xbox One is a TV remote that can play COD.

Even if many of those are for cable networks, that's still good by me. It gives me confidence that they will in fact be doing what's necessary to bring all of X1's capabilities to Europe and other parts of the world, not just the US.

 

Just the jump in and of itself is incredible. I think they said 15k servers last year or something, to 300k for X1 launch. So for a user base of tens of millions, 15k....to 300k for the launch of a system that will start from scratch. That is massive, no matter how you spin it
