EA upset with Nintendo for not blocking used games? Possible pressure from EA for Sony to follow?

I've never thought I'd see the day that EA becomes worse than Activision or Ubisoft, but this is just way too much.
I also like the fact that Infinity ward said multiple times on that trailer "We're focusing on making the games fun" , which is something EA doesn't seem to get with their new Medal of Honor and Battlefield.
