They are Silicon Knights.
Basically Silicon Knights have closed own due to they huge amount of debts and the rulers have created another studio, Precursor Games, to continue their mad voyage to hell. That's why they claim that "Shadow of the Eternals" is a spiritual successor of "Eternal Darkness"."
JEMC, i just can't bring myself to take the time to point out all of the things wrong with that statement.
