This SEEMS to be good, but trust me it's REALLY BAD.
Usually you would have to wait after 1 or 2 year to get a Mario Kart, 3D super Mario or Super Smash, and each game would be separate from at least 6 months or a year.
The fact that they're already pushing these titles show two things: - They're desperate for titles and attraction to the Wii U - Once they've release all these IPs, either they're not going to have any other big IP left OR they're going to fall into IP milking

I'm not sure why being desperate for attraction to the Wii U is a bad thing. And with the current 3DS lineup and what we know about already for the Wii U, it's unlikely the release schedule will be barren after Mario leaves us. We still have Zelda, Smash Bros, Fire Emblem and Project X to come, with more to be announced.
