Well, that was just for there being playable demos of the games at E3. We don't officially know what games will be demo'ed at Best Buy yet, but it'd be really silly for Nintendo to not include atleast one of the two.

I'm assuming space wont allow for every demo from E3 to be displayed in each store, so that's possibly why there's only going to be a select few of them. Since I'm sure some Best Buy stores are bigger than others, perhaps the bigger ones will get many demos compared to the smaller ones, but then that wouldn't be fair (granted this whole thing isn't exactly fair). Perhaps the 100+ Best Buy stores out of the 1,500+ were specially chosen they were big enough to fit an optimal amount of demos, but eh, who knows really.
