Nintendo is very keen of buying developer especially publishers out right. They are more then like willing to make partnerships. And I do believe before the end of E3 we will be hearing some more partnerships on Nintendo's part. If they do approach a western(US) publisher it would be either Activision or Take-Two. EA is a no go especially after hearing more stupidity from them today. (Well not them, a engineer that works for them and doesn't know if you don't protect your tweets anyone can read them.)
