Well, it should be developers who have already shown that they aren't opposed to working on Nintendo platforms and at the same time aren't already working exclusively on Nintendo platforms. And they obviously need to have proven that they are talented. So... Platinum Games?

I don't think Kamiya would be too keen on that. If anything he should be left alone.

Atlus is a good choice but I was thinking more of a Western Dev. Have them start along the lines of Mario American Football. But there aren't many that fit the criteria on that side.
