From NeoGaf, a comparision of US handhelds at the 26 month mark:

After 26 months:

GBA: 15.1m
DS: 9.1m
3DS: 8.4m
PSP: 7.4m

Note, this time period is right around where the DS went supernova and started selling 400-500k a month, so that gap between the DS and 3DS is likely to rapidly grow larger as the 3DS seems to be averaging more in the 120k-170k range a month.

Wow at the GBA in its early days too. What a monster.

Also that whole claim of the 3DS being launch alligned ahead of the DS is now technically false. It's fallen behind.

WOAH. Didn't know GBA did that well.

And PSP too.
