GBA: 15.1m
DS: 9.1m
3DS: 8.4m
PSP: 7.4m

Note, this time period is right around where the DS went supernova and started selling 400-500k a month, so that gap between the DS and 3DS is likely to rapidly grow larger as the 3DS seems to be averaging more in the 120k-170k range a month.

Wow at the GBA in its early days too. What a monster.

Also that whole claim of the 3DS being launch alligned ahead of the DS is now technically false. It's fallen behind.
