Honestly, the decision is not stupid at all. I think it's wrong if you wanted to upload a video of copyrighted stuff and make money off of it. You guys are acting as if Nintendo is blocking the content and their freedom or whatever. That Nintendo is being greedy. I think Nintendo is just taking what's theirs.
