PS3 only wanted to follow in the DS' footsteps. Don't hate! 
But yeah, pretty major adjustments. I understand most of them (perhaps not the the extent they were), but why the Vita? It was higher than NPD, we knew Japan numbers and European numbers were pretty close looking at Nintendo's charts.
