I pronounce it Ker-che with the German "ch" sound. Not sure why it was changed to Zelcher in the German version. Maybe because it's clearer how to pronounce that name (Tsel-cher), but it's still a strange name.

Yeah, I don't know why. Most of the other characters have pretty regular names...aside from Nah, of course.
