What I tried to say is, for users outside NA/EU their eshops are either non existent or with barely any content. The eshop here is empty (Argentina) meaning that if you want to buy this game, you will need to change the settings to your 3DS to NA, and if you want to buy a game you will need to paid it with an international credit card (Valid for well, every country)

So, for people stuck here with no international credit card, this game is almost impossible to buy/play.

Nintendo really needs to form a new branch for Latin/South America. It seems to be quickly developing into a major market. By the end of this generation, it could rival the European market in size. They're not helping anyone, certainly not themselves, by neglecting their customers there.
