Even though my mind often works that way, i didn't interpret it as shipping, rather Emm not only not remembering Gangrel, but being purehearted enough to want to be friends with him, and Gangrel realizing anew just how horrible of a person he was (although i think he was purely self-aware of how evil he was, he just usually didn't care), which is why it's rather gut-wrenching. |
Yeah, the conversations with Gangrel sorta make it seem as though he slowly realises what he did was wrong, but I guess he had good intentions (uniting the Continent against Valm).
