Wii U CPU + GPU clock speeds increased? Is it even possible?

the PSP got an increaseof 50% from 222 to 333. So considering this is a console, I guess the increase would represent the same %, but in numbers it would be more obviously.

So I expect the WiiU CPU to be 1.86ghz or at most 2ghz IF this rumor has some truth in it.
