It is a huge loss. EA is the biggest publisher out there and they have some of the most popular games.

which Nintendo does not need to sell their console because they've never needed them to sell their console in the first place

any high quality third party games are just a plus when they come to Nintendo consoles but it would be a huge loss for companies that live on third parties
