They won't. Sales are lagging for both consoles. Perhaps at 2014 they'll cross the line.

You do realize that there are still games coming for 360, right? Obviously not as big as TLOU or Beyond, but games are games. And we don't know how the E3 will play out for the big two (After all Nintendo will not make a huge presence there this year), so we can only wait and see. I stand still with my predictions about hardware, though.

The sales are lagging for both consoles but Sony outsells Microsoft every year until fourth Quarter. All Sony needs to do is to beat Microsoft by a million to match sales and then eventually surpass them.

There are games coming for the 360 but the established consumer base use XBLA. Theres no major titles, no first or second party. Its all third party and again...if I am wrong I can only be proven wrong by Microsoft at E3.

P.S.

One way to truly know me if to understand that my opinions are only based on the moment, not the future. I could be wrong and if I am I accept that. I am just going by what the numbers and marketing have been showing.

But we're still waiting for Sony to do that. You can counter-argue by saying that the Xbox360 had one year more to establish its franchise, and that a percentaje among the 10% is people who bought another after a RROD. And yes, but still, the so "only does everything" hasn't beaten its competitors. It has regained its original fanbase, I'll give you that. These last years have been good for Sony.

I wasn't talking about XBLA. There are second party games coming this year to the Xbox360. E3 can also make that number bigger, but there are releases already confirmed. (Partially exclusive, as some of those games will be on PC as well).

P.S.

I know. I'm just enjoying this discussion though =P
