After three games, the Prime formula doesn't really have anywhere left to go in my mind; Prime 3's pointer controls and hyper mode stopped it from feeling stale, but the whole "scan everything you see, circle strafe around enemies while spamming A, backtrack to use different weapons to open different doors" thing feels like its been squeezed dry.

They could always give it the Zelda treatment.
(Though it seems EAD realizes that won't work anymore and is trying to do the Galaxy approach.)
