well, even if that would be true, every ad for any nintendo game on tv will be seen by many more people as a short coverage of the conference on the same channel. will people buy a wii u because they saw a small report about the e3? or will they buy one if they see advertisement for games they are interested in?
and if nintendo will upload some nintendo direct stuff on youtube or if there will be a conference to watch won't change anything for the internet media, it's just important that they will show game trailers and so on...
