Why can't japanese companies use Kickstarter? see, Kickstart this project, its gets funded, they can publish it, and everyone will be happy.
Yes I am talking about Kickstarting a publish to publish their games, why not? , better get something than not get it at alll.
Edit : I just sent them a message ... I doubt they will read it though.
