I want to add that there is no actual spotlight for them to share, metaphorically and literally.  With the videogame industry, it like the saying goes, "the cream always rises to the top."  Whatever the format they so choose, or what ever is the biggest announcements, the flame from either Nintendo, Sony or Microsoft will spread.  As videogame enthusiasts, we will find out the biggest news from all 3 companies. 

Yes, but Nintendo will suffer from lack of exposure and only gamers will know where to go and thats a minority of people. Its not the group of people Nintendo is looking for.
