We used to have Club Nintendo over here too you know, back in the 16-bit days. Might still have my plastic member card somewhere. 
It was awsome and we got the Nintendo magazine with previews, walkthroughs and comics. There were also tons and tons of great merchandise to spend your hard-earned crowns on.
Ah, those were the days. *cries manly tears*
