How does the 3DS compare to the PSP, power wise?

I'd say Revelations isn't that far off of Golden Abyss. Developers have really been underperforming on the Vita in my opinion, a lot of games aren't even maxing the resolution of the screen.

Fingers cross Killzone changes all of that though.
