I'm talking about the difference between Super Mario 64 and New Super Mario Bros. About the difference between Ocarina of Time and A Link to the Past "remake". |
as a die hard nintendo fan i feel the same way
i want to experience the same feeeling i had when i played OoT after being used to a link to the past and the nes games. sure is the same franchise but it was so different and not because of the 3d graphics.
the sad part creativity speaking is that nintendo can create different (millions!!) ways of gameplay but insted of attaching those gameplays to new characters and universes, they attach them to familiar franchises like mario to boost sales. Sure that works and they sell millions of copies and am the first sucker to buy those, but i want to see different faces...
