Optimistic thoughts on Wii U 3rd Party Support

EA is not supporting Nintendo due to some agreement that fell apart between them. That's it. Plain and simple. Don't believe it, go back to last two E3s and see who was on Nintendo stage and talking up Wii U. (hint it was EA and its CEO). NONE of the other games that have skipped Wii U had any financial reason to be on Wii U. They were financed and planned well before Wii U kits were viable.

Since then, what games have been announced for next-gen that are NOT EA?

Fact is Wii U is fine and its really a bigger issue with not being able to say much about many games yet. E3 will set this all straight.

Superchunk, ever the optimist. What proportion of third party titles on consoles that we see announced between now, E3 and TGS do you expect to be coming to Wii U?

I expect that at E3 this entire 3rd party nonsense will go away. EA will come around next year.

Riccitiello may be gone, but he is not the reason why EA has blacklisted the Wii U. I don't see EA coming back.
