Played GT5 a bit today and for the most part the pictures are not bullshit since a lot of the standard cars barely look better then their GT4 counterparts.

i used that car in the game for just about any french challenge i had to complete and it never looked like that

 

i wouldn't expect nsanity to know any better as i doubt he actually owns the game ( even though i see him in every gt 5 thread )

OK that pic slightly disrepresents how the car looks in the game (didn't use auto focus) but it doesn't look that much better and neither do most standard cars.  Also I own the 2003 Peugeot 106 Rallye and that picture is a more or less what the car looks like in the game.

i used that peugeot for most of the rally events... no it does not


It does, another pretty horrible looking standard car is the 1973 BMW 2002 Turbo.  That car looks better in Forza 2, 3, and Horizon (I'm sure Forza 4 also but I don't own it).
