I'm starting to get the sense Nintendo is not going to release Pikmin 3 or Wii Fit U until there's a price drop because perhaps they've made up their mind that games like that will do nothing but bomb given the current Wii U climate.
Perhaps they're waiting to be able to drop the price in June/July/August or whatever and will just take the first months of the Wii U as a write off.
It's been a disaster, no doubt. I expect a lot of "please understand"s from Iwata at the investors briefing and a lot of excuses.
