I can say the gay thing had no barring  on my vote as it was cast before the EA "apologized", blamed hate mongers, and tried to blame other companies  in the same breath , and while i don't think they are the worst company in america, they are the game company i hate the most and one that may drive me out of console gaming. I have after the sim city debacle sworn of future EA games purchases until such time as i feel they have changed and dropped more abusive practices  … i should have done that a long time ago  … i would lump ubisoft up there but they seem to be moving in the correct direction 

 

Your entire post is a rant of baseless conjecture reeking of desperation in a pathetic attempt to get your point across.

First of all, because I stated who votes on polls like these, you accuse me of working for EA... That argument is both desperate and logically fallacious considering just a few lines earlier you were stating multiple ways that EA abuses the people who work for them.

Second you say EA has a monopoly at the same time as saying they can't handle launching a game and that their IPs are dying.

Third, you used the word "debacle" to describe a very short period of server downtime.

 

I'll add another group of people who herd into dumb polls and petitions: insane people who lack the understanding of basic logic.

EA has/had a sports monopoly but paid their way out of it which you are allowed to do in this country,

i did not say their IPs were dying i said they bought studios and killed their IPs and the studio, or i guess killed may not be appropriate in all cases maybe released games of lesser quality than when they were free of EA and this was a strike on home grown IPs only 3rd party studios they bought. 

westwood, pandemic, maxis - just to name a few have fared poorly under EA

multiple weeks of being unable to play the game with full advertised features is a debacle and considering the press coverage of the  event on sites such as arstechnica, cnn, and this site i don't see how you feel that was overstated

 

claiming you work for EA is simply a jab based on your tone it would seem you sympathize with them where the greater part of the crowed does not
