I'm still gobsmacked that Squeenix can take Dragon Quest IX that sold at the highest level worldwide out of all the DQ games by selling 5.67million and then go on to create a sequel that barely shifts 600k.
I used to think taking up an entire gen with this Lightning trilogy crap was their biggest mistake financially, but thanks to DQX and FFIV when you put it in perspective the Lightning trilogy will only be a moderate failure =/
On that note given the decrease in sales from FFXIII to FFXIII2 I think Lightning's reture will be lucky to crack 2 million.
