the whole games market is bigger here, someone posted the revenue of french, uk and german market. uk was little bit in front of germany but if you take out all the uk sales which go to other european countries, germany is maybe already the country with the biggest games market in europe if you only look at the domestic market.
but true, gaming doesn't have a good reputation here
