Maybe. Most likely because they know their fanbase is on the PS3 right now (and isn't going anywhere for a while). It's just the safest and most lucrative choice till the PS4 picks up steam.

Makes sense. Hoping this is true because I plan to get/rent/borrow a PS3 soon to play some real Tales games.

I've pretty much accepted Vesperia as a lost cause for me. Shame.

well there is an english patch being made for the ps3 version of Tales Of Vesperia but there's no telling when they will be done with it though

By then I'll likely be knee-deep in other games so I've pretty much given up on it.
