Great thread! Used to have one for Wii and PS3 releases only, this one is one hell of a job.
I agree as well with including only announced games with at least a name. We know that several Wii games coming from Nintendo have been cancelled before, even games with their names set. So it's OK not to include generic vague titles as New Mario Game, Fire Emblem X SMT RPG, etc.
Also, not wise to include western games we assume that will be localized for Japan, because, if Wii is any indicator, several multiplatform games released everywhere except on it.
Right now, as barren as it looks, this is the official Wii U release schedule, where only 4 games have a solid release date, 3 of them being western localizations and one of them being an HD multiplat, old 3DS port. With almost 2 months of nothing until it releases.
If Xbox360, a Western console on its last breath that's selling less than 1k weekly with one of the lowest install bases ever for Japan has a better line up than the successor the Wii on its firrst months, then the future panorama is clear. If I say worse support than what the Wii got, then I might fall short.
