No less than 60 weeks.
Granted, this is subject to pricing, which hasn't been announced (heck, "NextBox" doesn't even have a name!), but my most optimistic estimates put the next-gen PS and XB at 150% of Wii U sales, which means they'd need 2 holiday seasons to make up for lost ground...and this is assuming they both launch in November.
