I went to the homepage and didn't see a "CHARTZ" button.  I tried "Charts" but it didn't take me to the tool I asked about, nor indeed any tool.  Your reply fails on every level.

Yes, in the sense that it took 3 days before I got your response.  No, in the sense that I went on with my life and didn't worry about it. 

I notice you still haven't answered the real question.  Are you admitting you were wrong and you don't have any idea whether VGC still has that tool?
