1) Minecraft (don't even mention 360), every RTS, tons of indie titles.
2) I don't care how steam/origin makes their prices so low, but they do. I got Battlefield 3 for $12. It still costs $25 used on the ps3 because you have to get an online pass.
3) When a new console comes out, it tends to be great price per performance and it slowly degrades over time. So consoles pps vs pc is probably about the same at this point.
I think both are viable right now, but console's days may be numbered.
